Friendly and helpful staff

My stay was enhanced by the personalized service from Karen, who always greeted me with a smile. The shuttle service to the beach and Dubai Mall made exploring the city effortless.

Had an awesome time here! The gym was fantastic, and I loved relaxing by the outdoor pool after a long day. Just a heads up, my room wasn't cleaned right away, but it didn't ruin my stay. the breakfast spread was so good, I’d definitely come back! 😊

It was a good match for a brief pause in Dubai with a reasonable price. The housekeeping was prompt in bringing me an iron when I needed it. Make sure to ask for any amenities you might want during your stay.

good stay but some improvements needed

The staff were friendly and very accommodating throughout my two-night stay. The 24/7 supermarket on the ground floor offered a nice variety of fresh produce and snacks that I appreciated.

The city view from the room could have been better, as there were several obstructed areas.

I had a great stay with very comfortable, clean rooms and fantastic breakfast options, especially the delicious croissants! Definitely planning to return for my next visit.

I had a delightful stay at the Rove hotel! The vibrant decorations caught my eye, making the atmosphere welcoming and lively. Staff members provided exceptional service, always attentive to my needs. Only minor navigation signs could improve the experience further. Can't wait to return!

The rover room was super comfy with air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a convenient refrigerator. There’s a heated pool, fitness center, and free gym access. Staff like Prince fixed issues quickly and even offered complimentary breakfast. Our late checkout was sorted by Yahya, and Adnan helped with a late-night medical need. Totally clean and vibey rooms!

The atmosphere was welcoming and felt almost like home, complemented by friendly staff that assisted with my needs. However, extending my stay proved challenging with prices dramatically increasing, and I faced some difficulties retrieving a forgotten item. Overall, a solid choice with great amenities.

I loved the spacious, clean room that made me feel right at home. The breakfast spread was fabulous, really kickstarting my day perfectly. Staff members were incredibly friendly, always greeting me with a smile and ready to help with anything I needed. I appreciated the convenience of the restaurant on-site. the food was surprisingly good. There were some issues though. The internet connection was frustratingly slow at times, impacting my ability to work effectively. Also, the bed wasn't as comfortable as I expected. It didn't match the super king size I was hoping for, which slightly affected my sleep. Overall, I felt the hotel offered a great atmosphere, but they could really improve on the internet quality and bed comfort.

I loved my stay at rove! the staff was super friendly, and their service was exceptional. the location is perfect, right by the roadside with a lovely outdoor restaurant. I also enjoyed the sustainable saltwater pool, which was temperature-controlled for year-round swimming. shoutout to karen and yehia for their amazing support!
